How to request exchange:
Within 3-4 days of receiving your order, you need to send an email to [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +92-320-44-222-25, your order number, and mention the items you wish to exchange. You can exchange your product within 15 days after your purchase and we will not charge any delivery charges for resending you. You will have to return the product under the name of Broncoo through any courier service.
In case of a refund, your payment will be sent via Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.
